Franck Ullmann created Verdoso Investment SA to invest in mid-market industrial companies facing operational or strategic challenges that require prompt, deep and sustainable changes.
DFor over ten years, Verdoso has deployed a unique expertise to implement successful changes within atypic corporate environments such as non-core assets disposals, recoveries, restructuring processes, receiverships.
For instance, Verdoso has already achieved many successful deals with big French groups:
- Arcelor: Estamfor (company now owned by Farinia)
- Elf Atochem: Prosyne Polyane (company sold in 2002)
- Pernod Ricard: Bouguet Pau (company sold in 2006)
- Schneider Electric: NUM (company within Verdoso’s portfolio since 2005)
Franck Ullmann, Patrick Coupier, Vincent Fahmy, Jean-Frédéric Lambert have launched Verdoso Industries, a financial vehicle with 150 millions of equity coming from the management, from Verdoso Investment SA, and from institutional investors.
