- Franck Ullmann has founded Verdoso in 1997, a private holding company. He has been an operational manager for 30 years. In 2002, he decided to focus exclusively on the development of Verdoso and on its specific expertise of “investing in change”. In 2008, leveraging its impressive track record he gathered a team an launched Verdoso Industries, a turnaround private equity fund.
Patrick Coupier, 48 ans - Partner

- After 5 years in finance, Patrick Coupier dedicated his time to operational management. For 15 years, he took over and restructured companies in various sectors, including port handling, logistics, IT consultancy and industrial equipment rental . He joined Verdoso in 2007.
Vincent Fahmy, 38 ans - Partner
- HEC
- After an experience at Goldman Sachs, Vincent Fahmy worked as an operational manager in several companies –ranging from middle-market businesses to big public groups. He joined Verdoso in 2006.

- Alain Feingold started his career as strategy consultant at McKinsey and worked after as an operation manager at Schneider. Alain has successfully turned around several French SMEs.

François-Xavier Henry, 41 ans

- François-Xavier Henry began his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor, and then as a management consultant. Before joining Verdoso, he was a senior executive in several SMEs.
Hatime Ouali, 37 ans
- MBA Wharton
- Hatime Ouali has held several operational positions in multinational firms. He also worked for a consulting firm where he was involved in operational improvement projects and industrial re-organization assignments.
Jean-Michel Vial, 48 ans

- Jean-Michel has occupied various CFO positions in Medium Size companies and large groups divisions.
- Jean-Michel is currently the operating partner at Atlinks.
