Franck Ullmann : President and founder

• Mines, MBA Wharton.
• Franck Ullmann has managed developed and restructured a great number of companies for more than 25 years. After the sale of Sellotape to Henkel in 2002, he decided to focus exclusively on the developement of Verdoso an the coaching of the companies' managers he invests in.

Patrick Coupier : Director

• HEC
• After 5 years in finance in global organisations (Dean Witter, Socgen), Patrick dedicated himself to operational management and cumulated 15 years of experience, covering companies from 4 to 1500 people. He succeeded in turning around companies in various sectors, including port handling, logistics, IT consultancy and industrial equipment rental . He joined Verdoso in 2007.

Vincent Fahmy : Director

• HEC
• After an experience at Goldman Sachs, Vincent Fahmy founded Fidelinet in 1999 and sold it to Webmiles (Bertelsmann) in 2000. From 2001 to 2004, he worked in a small caps private equity firm, SGPA, where he executed 5 LBO transactions. Before joining Verdoso in 2006, Vincent worked at Schneider Electric.

Jean-Frédéric Lambert : Director

• Master Degree in Finance at Sciences Po Paris and Paris Dauphine
• Co-founder of DL Finances & Partners in 1997, a company specialised in M&A with a focus in special situations. Jean-Frédéric Lambert has been CEO of both BMD ( Marceau Investissements ), and a B2B company with 500 employees. He began his career within the M&A department if BZW.
